This presentation offers an insight how Henkel uses a hybrid scenario of IPD private and public cloud edition to optimally support the packaging development process as part of Henkel's digital R&D platform HUGO.

HUGO has been developed in collaboration with SAP, Gramont and LabVantage. The focus is on the development and integration of digital tools and processes that promote seamless collaboration between research and development of formulas and packaging. The platform enables the structured collection of big data, providing important insights into R&D and shortening time-to-market.

SAP RDP (Responsible Design and Production) is a cloud-based SAP solution that helps businesses manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) fees and plastic taxes, facilitating compliance with global packaging regulations and the transition to a circular economy.
